The spacious one-bedroom suite was well-decorated and perfect for our family stay, providing a cozy environment. we did encounter issues with cleanliness and some minor maintenance problems that could be addressed to enhance the experience further. Even with these concerns, the hotel remains a good option for families looking for a comfortable space.

My room was a total delight, featuring a cozy kitchenette that made cooking fun and easy! The heated pool was the cherry on top after long days exploring, and the breakfast buffet was bursting with a delicious variety every morning. Plus, the friendly staff was always quick to help and made me feel right at home!

The One-Bedroom King Suite provided plenty of space, thanks to a full kitchen and a separate living area that made it feel like a home away from home. Daily complimentary breakfast featured a solid selection, but the best part was enjoying the evening socials with snacks and drinks - a nice touch after a long day.

Housekeeping didn’t keep pace with the stay; rooms only got cleaned a couple of times over nine days, and I ran into a few maintenance issues like a nonfunctional dishwasher. Small issues like a lingering smell in certain rooms were disappointing as well, and the carpet seemed overdue for a thorough clean, suggesting the property needs better ongoing maintenance to keep everything in tip-top shape.

The stay was pleasant overall with nice spacious accommodations. The breakfast buffet had a great variety and was a perfect way to start the day. The staff were friendly, making our stay enjoyable. we faced some challenges with housekeeping, but the other amenities and the heated pool made up for it.

We loved staying here! The location was perfect, with easy access to Universal Studios and a variety of restaurants within walking distance. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, featuring items like fresh fruit and hearty eggs. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. the bathrooms could use some updates.

Cleanliness could really use an improvement!!! !!! I expect bathrooms to be spotless!!! Elevators sometimes take ages to arrive, which is frustrating when you’re in a hurry!!!

my stay at homewood suites was fantastic! i previously stayed in orlando and thought nothing could top that experience, but this hotel exceeded my expectations. the location was perfect, close to shops and restaurants, and the breakfast included a great variety with freshly baked pastries and organic juices.
